Acclaimed small plates combining the finest ingredients and seasonal produce with the influences of the mediterranean.

Lolla is a casual, sharing plates restaurant that features Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. We have a perennial menu that remains largely unchanged year round, and a seasonal menu that focuses on seasonal ingredients prepared with a modern sensibility.

Chef Johanne Siy, recently awarded Chef of the Year (Female) at World Gourmet Awards 2021, helms the kitchen at Lolla. Her cuisine is mindful, produce-driven and reflects her focus on modern European cuisine. She spent several years working at Le Bernardin and Café Boulud in New York City, and Restaurant Andre in Singapore. After the latter’s closure, she spent her time in the kitchens, farms and forests of Scandinavia, where she staged at Noma and Relae in Copenhagen, and Faviken in Sweden. During her time there, she developed a profound appreciation for the provenance of ingredients and has become a strong proponent of produce-driven cuisine.

In line with the relaxed and casual vibe at Lolla, guests can choose to be up-close to the action by dining at the counter facing the open kitchen, or opt for our large communal table in our intimate basement space.
