A contemporary dining concept from Fernando Arévalo that moves with time in orchestrated chapters.
The restaurant debuted in November 2018 with its first chapter Monochrome, where the food, beverage and art are inspired in black and white. Since February 2020, Preludio has transitioned to and is currently in its second chapter, Time, where the restaurant’s offerings are expressed through the many aspects of time – be it about a moment, an age, a journey or passage; even exploring ancestry and lineage.

Terms & Conditions: Non-refundable. Only applicable for dinner on weekdays from Mondays to Thursdays, excluding public holidays and eve of public holidays. Not applicable for private room bookings. Each ticket is only redeemable as one 8-course dinner per guest, up to a maximum of 6 guests per reservation. Bookings must be fulfilled within 1 year from date of purchase. Advance reservations required.
